Lead times, payment, warranty and certification.
How long does delivery take?
Gadgets and companions — 2–3 weeks, robot dogs — 3–5 weeks, humanoids and cobots — 6–12 weeks. We confirm the exact lead time for your model in the quote.
Why is the price shown as "from"?
It's the base version price, including delivery, EAC certification and warranty. The total depends on configuration, quantity and delivery location — we calculate it within one business day.
How do I pay?
50% prepayment, the balance on delivery. For companies — a supply contract with VAT; for individuals — invoice or card.
Are the robots certified?
Yes. Devices undergo EAC certification and FSB notification for radio modules. This is already included in the price.
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty term, provider and coverage area depend on the model and delivery terms. We set them out in the order documents — before payment. If something goes wrong, we help through our support team.
Can I try before buying?
Yes. A test drive at your site lasts 1–3 days, and the cost is credited toward purchase. Robots can also be rented for events.
Can you bring in a model that's not in the catalog?
Yes. Name the model or the task — we'll source it from the manufacturer and price the delivery.
Do you work with other countries?
We supply to Russia, CIS, the Middle East, and other countries. Models from brands that do not work with Russia are unavailable to Russian clients — these are marked on the product cards.
