A service robot is a machine that does useful work in public and commercial spaces: it delivers dishes, moves loads, cleans floors and greets guests. It doesn’t stand at a machine tool but moves among people, so navigation, safety and simple operation matter.

We will look at which types of service robots are in our catalog, what each can do and where it is worth trying.

Waiter robots and in-room delivery robots

The most common type. The robot drives along the room map to a table, waits for the guest to take the dish and returns to base. Models differ in the number of trays, payload, run time and aisle width.

  • Pudu BellaBot — four trays, up to 40 kg, lidar and visual navigation, up to 13 hours of operation and fast battery swap, voice and emotions;
  • Keenon DINERBOT T9 — up to 40 kg across four tiers, up to 18 hours of operation, auto-charging;
  • Keenon DINERBOT T11 — narrow body: passes through gaps from 49 cm, up to 20 kg, speed up to 1 m/s;
  • OrionStar LuckiBot Pro — 14-inch screen, up to four tiers of 15 kg each, up to 12 hours of operation, ads on the screen between orders.

Delivery robots for hotels, clinics and offices

Here what matters are closed compartments, code access and the ability to use elevators and automatic doors.

  • Pudu FlashBot — 2–4 closed compartments of up to 10 kg per tier, access by password, phone or NFC, up to 9 hours of operation, calls the elevator and opens doors by itself;
  • OrionStar LuckiBot Pro Autodoor — a 69 L closed compartment, automatic doors and a code lock for every delivery.

Helper robots for collecting dishes and moving loads

Pudu HolaBot — four containers with a total volume of 120 L, up to 10 hours of operation, up to 4.3 km/h. It is called by voice, gesture or smartwatch; suitable for restaurants, hotels, offices and clinics.

Cleaning robots

A separate large class. Some only sweep, others wash, others vacuum carpets, and others combine several modes. Details are in a separate article.

  • Pudu CC1 — 4-in-1 cleaning: sweeping, brush washing, vacuuming and mop wiping, 700–1000 m²/h;
  • Pudu MT1 — dry cleaning of large areas with AI debris recognition, up to 1800 m²/h;
  • OrionStar CleaniBot M1, C5, K1 — floor scrubbers and a carpet vacuum;
  • Keenon KLEENBOT C40 — dry and wet cleaning, can ride the elevator.

Reception robots and promoters

  • OrionStar GreetingBot Mini — a compact receptionist, passes through openings from 55 cm, 30+ languages;
