Pudu expands in Europe after IFA Berlin

The company is bringing its full range to Europe: in-venue delivery, commercial cleaning and warehouse logistics. In spring Pudu opened a headquarters in Dallas — by its own figures some 15,000 robots are working in the Americas and regional revenue grew 285% year on year. More than 130,000 machines have shipped across 85 countries.

After IFA 2026 in Berlin, Pudu Robotics announced its expansion in Europe. At the booth, the company showcased all four segments: indoor delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial logistics, and robots with embodied AI. The PUDU D7 model was shown in Europe for the first time.

According to the company, it has shipped over 130,000 robots to more than 85 countries. In Europe, Pudu operates in over 20 countries, including Germany, France, the UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, and Spain. All four product lines are available in the European market.

Examples of deployments include the Swiss Denner chain (Migros Group), which installed 200 PUDU CC1 cleaning robots in its stores. Pudu robots operate in MediaMarkt and Albert Heijn in the Netherlands, Carrefour in Poland, EDEKA in Germany, Marriott hotels in Poland, and St. Antonius Hospital in the Netherlands, where several machines handle cleaning and sample/material delivery. The PUDU D5 quadruped has entered serial deliveries for industrial sites and warehouses in Europe.

The company attributes its growth to a local model: offices in Germany and the Netherlands, support in English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian, a European warehouse, and a network of authorized partners for deployment and service. The next step is a dedicated European headquarters in Germany.

Pudu has already implemented a similar model in America. In April, the company opened a headquarters in Dallas. According to Pudu, about 15,000 robots operate in the region, and revenue there grew 285% year-on-year.

For the market, this signals that Chinese service robot manufacturers are shifting from distributor sales to their own infrastructure with local warehouses and service. For European buyers, this means local warehousing, service, and support in their language. The next question is how quickly similar service networks will appear in other markets.
