About the model

LuckiBot is an OrionStar waiter robot for restaurants and cafes. It picks up dishes from the kitchen and delivers them to tables while waiters attend to guests. According to the manufacturer, delivery is up to three times faster.

The robot sees its surroundings with a 3D depth camera and avoids restricted areas. Dual SLAM navigation keeps it on route, even in low light. If there are several LuckiBots in the hall, they automatically yield to each other based on their number priority.

Wide trays3–4 adjustable tiers, 0.18–0.2 m² each, up to 10 kg per tier and up to 40 kg total. You can access the tray from any side.

Voice and soundA ring of 6 microphones hears guests 360° within a 5 m radius. The robot announces deliveries and can play ads.

LED stripColor indicates status: charging, working, stopped, turning, or error. Staff don’t need to check the screen.

Stable chassisRadar sensors and inertial navigation: the robot moves smoothly and doesn’t spill drinks.
