About the model

Unitree Dex3-1 is a three-fingered robotic hand with 7 degrees of freedom and 33 tactile sensors. The manufacturer designed it for the Unitree G1 humanoid, where it is used in the EDU version. The hand is intended for labs researching object grasping and manipulation.

Hybrid control — force and position, so the hand can gently pick up fragile items and securely hold heavy ones. Fingertip positioning accuracy: ±2 mm. Connects via USB 2.0 and updates data at 1000 Hz. Platform compatibility should be checked before ordering.

7 degrees of freedomThumb — 3 axes, index and middle — 2 each. Six direct-drive motors and one with a reducer.
