About the model

NEO is a home humanoid from Norwegian-American company 1X. Designed for living alongside people: soft polymer body, washable knit suit, and ultra-quiet operation at 22 dB. The robot helps with household chores and responds to voice commands.

NEO is available for pre-order with a $200 deposit. The manufacturer lists a price of $20,000 for early access or a $499/month subscription. Deliveries start in the US in 2026, with other markets planned by 1X from 2027.
