About the model

myCobot 280 — a compact six-axis arm weighing about 860 g with a 280 mm reach and 250 g payload. The Pi version is built on Raspberry Pi: a full Linux computer is integrated into the base, so the robot operates without an external PC.

The arm can be programmed in Python, in the visual environments myBlockly and Mind+, or via ROS 1 and ROS 2. Control via serial port, TCP/IP, and Modbus is also supported. Hand-guided teaching and trajectory recording are available. The body features LEGO-compatible mounts for sensors and attachments: gripper, suction cup, camera.
